If this is your PSU then you should swap it out immediately. It's more than just a paper weight, it's more an expensive fire cracker. Bad built PSU's have be known to take out more than just itself. It can and will take out the rest of your investments and some have even known to rewire a house.

You should be looking at a reliably built PSU based off this PSU tier list and try to pick out a unit as close as possible to Tier 1.

Specifically speaking, what is the exact (current)GPU's model? You've listed the series number but not the exact model number.

Please list your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Are you on the FX-6100 or the FX-6300? So long as your power supply is capable of delivering 450W of power(from a reliable unit) to the entire system, you should be good to go. Might I also ask the make and model f the GTX750Ti? Perhaps a link?

Can't find much info on Circle power supplies. I am not sure I would trust it to be a real 450 watts. Perhaps some others here are more familiar with it. But to be safe, unless anyone else knows better, I would change it out with a Corsair or an EVGA. Power supplies aren't too pricey, might be a good investment.

You should be OK, once again dependent on if that power supply is really a 450 watt power supply and they aren't fudging on it.
