Looking for AIO Liquid cooler recomendations

Now please hear me out completely. I have a Ryzen 5 1600 on a b350 mobo. I want to have a cpu cooler that can support the load of a R7 1700 in the future. I plan on some overclocking, even with the b350 mobo. I am on a budget and don't want to spend more than $150, but want to spend only about $100. I have space for dual 120 mm or dual 140 mm fans. My case can only fit coolers under 65 mm in the case, so liquid cooling seems to be my best bet.

I have gotten other recomendations including the Corsair H60 and the NZXT Kraken x41.

the recommended ones you see there are 120mm single fan radiators, i have the corsair h60 and is loud i had to replace the fan with something more silent, i have an actic liquid freezer 240 and is really a good value, some people like the corsair h100 (its different versions h100i, h100v2, etc) here i link you a few that caught my attention:

can you help explain some of the things to look out for so I know what is a good cooler and what is bad? What do I need to look for in a CPU AIO. You see I have a M9a for my 1600, but I am moving to a smaller case that would be cooler with an AIO. I personally like the air coolers, but I need the heat of the Video Card to be one of the only heat factors, its one of those cases

I think that I am going to get a Kraken x62 dual 280mm.

NZXT's Kraken coolers are well regarded, as far as AiO's go. However, bear in mind the 1700 is only a 65w CPU (same as the 1600), less than half the TDP of older FX chips. Modern CPUs really don't produce very much heat.

My opinion, any cooler more than $20 or so is going to be plenty for a 65w CPU. Even Intel has included stock coolers that have been enough for CPUs that make twice as much heat.

Cryorig's C7 would probably do the job and can be found under $30.

Noctua's L9x65 is a 65mm tall tower cooler which is rated to handle even AMD's 220w FX-9590 CPU, though I'm a bit skeptical of that claim. It runs $45-50.

Any single 120mm AiO cooler will be more than enough, but most single 120mm AiOs will probably not cool as well as Noctua's L9x65 - most AiOs are outperformed by air coolers in their same price bracket, though you do have the advantage of heat being moved to the case's exhaust.

I just need something that works well for my money. I have NO ventilation in front of the cooler, so I may have to still invest in 140mm fans. I mainly want the AIO to remove the CPU heat from the equation and just focus on find the right way to cool the Graphics Card
