First of all, you don't need to buy Windows 10. You can run it for free, just download it from Microsoft site and don't activate it. There are only 2 things that differ from buyed Windows, you can't change wallpaper from settings, only from file manager and there is watermark on bottom right.

Why not i7 7700K?

If you go for i7 6700K, you can pick cheaper Z170 instead.

CRYORIG H7 seems expensive. May be just get CM 212 EVO

Is it worth downgrade i7 to i5 7600K or Ryzen 5 1600, then get better GPU, or may be 240GB SSD instead?
