CPU Fan Blocking Ram Slots on Motherboard

Hey guys,

I'm having an issue where my fans I've had attached to my CPU are now blocking me from putting in a 2nd set of RAM. I already have 2x 8GB DDR3 but I'm trying to add 2 more sticks. I know it's not the best but I have a pic I can show. Obviously the fans would have to be replaced with something that doesn't block the RAM slots but I don't know a ton about what I should do or what kind of a fan cooler I should get to replace this one. Keep in mind that I'd like to spend no more than 30-50 bucks on a new fan to fix this issue.

Can anyone advise?

Please note, where the glare is on the picture is the left and right sides (the red part) of the 2 extra fans I have cooling down the CPU with the regular fan in the middle and you can probably see a little overlap where it blocks one of my RAM slots :(

Says image not found so something is wrong with the picture. But if you have 3 fans on the cpu cooler, you can easily take off one of them without losing much cooling efficiency, a degree or two at most. Will the memory sticks fit then?

edit: Never mind I see it. Yeah you could take one fan off. In tests that is equivalent of about 1-3 degrees difference between 2 and 1 fan (provided they're synced flow wise). Otherwise, here's a list, look at the mid size coolers, and pay attention to the dimensions in the table:

Before we go any further with prescription's you're going to have to provide us with your full system's specs. List them like so:
CPU and CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Now one mistake you've made is having the GPU at the lower most slot. It should ideally be on the first PCI-E slot on your board. My followup point, is it's bad practice to mix and match ram kits in order to perform a ram upgrade. If you must make sure that the secondary kit you're populating the remaining slots are identical or at the very least, buy a 4xZGB kit of ram.
