Put new thermal paste on CPU, computer still shuts off

My computer likes to shut off randomly but only when I'm gaming, I can browse the internet all day without a problem at all. But once I start up R6S I can't even play a round with out my computer shutting off on me, then when I try to power my computer on again it won't display and my CPU fan won't spin. I have reset new thermal paste because it was pretty old. Still the problem persists. When I take out both my RAM sticks my computer beeps 3 times, then shuts off after a few seconds. And that will usually get my display back. But is this a CPU problem, a mother board problem, a graphics problem, a power supply problem, or what I'm really at a loss here and I'm getting really frustrated with this. Any answers or help with this would be really appreciated.

Here's what is in my pc.

Motherboard- Msi z97 pc mate
Graphics- Amd raedon R9 270
Processor- intel i5-4690k
Ran-2 4gb ballistix
PSU- crossair CX600m
Fans- I have 5 installed.

And if this isn't the right forum, I'm sorry.

Install speedfan and go into its configuration. You can set it to give you warning when hardware reaches a certain temperature. Set CPU warning @ 65-70C and GPU to 85C or thereabouts and see if you get a warning in game. You could also try leaving speedfan running, playing game for less time than it usually takes for system to power down and set speedfan to log everything it can then see temps after game has been up for a bit or view logs after rebooting.
Is this...

Does your pc report a thermal shutdown event in the system logs in bios?
If not, i doubt its overheating (unless gpu is the part thats overheating and causing the shutdown).
Could be CPU or motherboard, might even be psu overheating thinking about it.
Get something that monitors your temperatures in Windows and fires up a warning when gpu temp passes 85C or cpu passes 65C and see if you get a warning while gaming or just before system power off. Also, check voltage on 12v and 5v rails using a multimeter on one of the molex connectors from the PSU to see if they are within tolerance range of .5v either side of their rated voltage.
Let me know the results.
Oh, and check that all fans (including psu fans) are running correctly and not freezing, catching on anything or.failing to start spinning.

Ok so I'm in the BIOS menu and it says my CPU temp is 38 degrees Celsius and my motherboard 32 degrees Celsius. It says my CPU fan is running 1953 rpm. And no before my computer shuts down it does not give me a warning. And it does look like all my fans are spinning.

Is this bios temps after it has gone down or initial startup from cold?
Also, check the software for gpu for its fan speed and see if gpu fan is running too. If gpu software doesnt see fan speed, speedfan should pick it up and tell you speed it is running at.
