Graphics card black screen after installing any GPU drivers (also runs really hot) after a system crash

I've had two EVGA gtx780 sc's in SLI for about a year now (bought used), and have had little to no issues apart from crashes when modding games/overclocking. Then a BIG system crash happened and my screen turned white. When restarting it booted from the bios into a white screen with just a cursor.

I rebuilt my entire PC from scratch and reinstalled windows (couldn't reinstall and keep my files or restore windows as it got an error doing so..). This worked fine with one GPU, but when i tried installing the other one the system ended up with the same white screen when booting. Next i tried with only the "faulty GPU" and found that it worked fine with microsoft basic drivers, but as soon as windows updated drivers automatically (or I fully reinstalled drivers using DDU), it would get a black screen and the PC would restart multiple times each time I tried.

Whats wierd is that the GPU is getting really hot compared to my other one when installing drivers with both graphicscards in my system. Maybe it is getting to hot to install drivers propperly? :p At one point windows automatically installed drivers, and it worked, but as i tried restarting a black screen would show again in the windows logon screen...

I'm fairly certain its dead, but if there is any way I could go around "fixing" it would be really thankful. Like if its possible to get a new bios chip or maybe trying it with a older version of windows 10 (creators update currently).

What should I do? Is it even worth trying anymore considering a new 780 would cost me 100$ anyways. Though at that point i'd consider upgrading anyways...

Thanks in advance!
