Hello
Ever since I built my first PC a week ago I've always thought the load temperature was too high considering I'm on water. Temps are normal on idle about 35c but when I do the AIDA64 stability test it goes up too 81c. Where other people are at about 68c on air with the same OC. I just wanna know if that is normal or if something is faulty or if I can fix it. Temps before OC are 30-32c idle and 71c load (which I think is still too high). I believe aida64 adjusts temps for the 20 degree offset.
Also whenever I bring a program from the background to the front temps goto 42c for a split second. But thats probably normal I don't know.

Antec Kulher h2o 620 AIO
Asrock X370 Gaming Pro
16gb ADATA 2133mhz DDR4 @2800mhz
Windforce GTX 770
Corsair CX750w
