Hello guys, so I am having really big issue with my VPN for days now. My brother and I use VPN to play a game in Singapore server, but whenever he or I try to connect to the server one of us gets disconnected from the game that we play, meaning only one of us can actually play the game. There are several weird things about it first, we only get disconnected from the game but we still have internet. Second is we can make it work if one of plays in Laptop and the other plays in desktop, (This issue only occurs when we use two desktops). Our theory was these two desktops are connected in some way we just cannot pinpoint what it is. Hope you guys can help me with this issue because it's been going on for days. Important things: our desktops connect through cable, but the laptop connects through wifi, and singapore is the only server we can play in to play the game, thank you!.

You may want to check how many concurrent (or types) of connections your VPN provider allows for. If both of your desktop devices are going out over the same router via a LAN cable - then NAT on your router may be confusing their VPN endpoint. Have you tried plugging a LAN cable into the Laptop to see if you get the same fault?

When the laptop is connected over wi-fi, I believe that NAT on your router does something different with the data which may be why it is allowing the connection.

Your VPN service may only allow for one wifi and one cabled device? Although I do believe this to be highly unusual as my VPN service makes no distinction.
