Short version: I need a device that I can connect my 4G LTE USB Modem to and have an Ethernet wire out? No WiFi, no extras, just Ethernet.

Details for the curious minded: I'm having some serious upgrades in my area due to which my internet will be unavailable for a few weeks. I already have a full scale wired and wireless network in my house. Until my fiber comes back, I intend to use this 4G LTE USB Modem temporarily and just need a router that can input from it and output to Ethernet which I can connect to my existing network. So far my google search has yielded routers that can do this but come with Wifi and other things I don't need. Any suggestions?

The only solution I have found so far is TP-Link TL-MR3020. It still has WiFi and more stuff that I don't need but its cheap and gives me the Ethernet out that I want.
