GTX 1070 + Ryzen 7 1700

It's crazy that a GPU is more than other parts haha! but I don't recommend Corsair SP120 fans. I've had bad luck with the fans and can be noisy even when controlled by PWM/Bios.

If you can flex in money a tiny bit for $20 more you can have a 256GB SSD! I do recommend the Noctua 140mm fans (black version)

If you can flex a little bit as well, you could get a aftermarket cooler that's roughly $30-40 that will cool it and potentially give you more overclocking potential.

Other than that sounds good!
