my laptop can't find hard drive

I have acer laptop and more than 4years and i use win10 suddenly when i tried to switch it on it load only at acer logo then shows blue screen written Recovery i tried to load win10 again but failed,tried startup repair, system restore, reset pc even to change SATA from AHCI to IDE but IDE doesn't show please help and thank you in advance

What happen when you start your laptop now? Any error or message on screen? I think you should check your hard drive using some bootable disk checker like minitools partition wizard bootable or hdd regeneration from bootable usb disk to scan your disk from error. If no sign from your disk I'm afraid you should open up your laptop for close inspection like the sata and power cable connected to the disk

it's blue screen written Recovery "there was problem with a device connected to your PC , File:\Boot\BCD, Error code: 0xc00000e9"
For me to go to recovery windows i used win10 pro operating system USB and choose Repair your computer
