New motherboard, cpu and ram: after multiple blue screens no display

I just purchased a second hand Asus M4A89GTD-Pro motherboard, AMD Phenom II X4 955 CPU and 2x4GB G-Skill Ripjaws RAM bundle from someone who states it was working fine for them (offered to refund me after hearing issues). It is for a mining rig with a Gigabyte RX470 GPU.

All afternoon I have been trying to get it working but I have only run into more problems. First, everything looked like it was running fine. The GPU was in the board and displaying the screen like normal. When the system got past the Windows 7 logo it blue screened for the first time. I tried it again a few times and the same thing happened over and over. I am not sure if the blue screen error was the same as the later ones when this happened.

Next, I reset the motherboard to the defaults and tried booting. This time it went all the way into Windows where I was using it for a while until it blue screened again with the 0x0000003B code. This happened a few more times. I read there was a hotfix for this issue but when I tried installing it, I received an error stating that it didn't support my system or something like that.

After trying a different PCIE slot, I can no longer display anything on the screen with integrated graphics or the graphics card in any slot, with or without the special VGA switch card that came with the motherboard. I have tried resetting the CMOS and everything else I could think of. I've even tried a different graphics card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

1| When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS: Windows 7(what version and architecture?)

2| Have you tried reinstalling the OS?

3| I'm somewhat guessing that the PSU might have an issue with power delivery or that the second hand components are faulty. If they are being honored by the seller then it's best you get a refund and allocate it on a better platform(perhaps newer) A new list of parts would be good or with parts that are robust since cryptomining does leave a toll on the components used.

1. I am sorry about that. I will edit my original post to reflect those specs.

2. No, but I think that will do the trick. I just discovered that one of the RAM sticks was slightly out of place so I pushed it back in and it booted! This time I tried with a different hard drive that had Windows 10 installed and it worked well! Perhaps it was an issue with my Windows installation? Right now I am formatting a USB to install Windows 10 on the Windows 7 hard drive to see if that fixes everything.

3.The PSU is good I think. It's a high quality Corsair 600W PSU that I use on my proper desktop PC. On the Windows 10 hard drive it has had no faults.

I will update this thread if the new Windows 10 installation fixes it.
