Too much CPU usage

As you can see in this image, the processes are sorted so the highest usage is above but PUBG is using 50% and Microsoft Protection Platform Service 15% (I can't stop this pls help) and the numbers don't add up
Can you guys help me?

1| When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs.
List them like so:

OS: Windows 10

2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?

3| I'm getting the same numbers when adding all the percentages shown in your image(seen so far). What doesn't add up for you?

That microsoft software thingy automaticaly scans for licensing/pirated software stuff I believe... are you using non-genuine stuff?
Other than that, it's normal for a game to use even 100% of your CPU... especialy open world games like PUBG :)
