Hi there, I hope I am in the right forum.

I have an IP Camera from this webstie: http://www.sanncegroup.com/product/sannce-i21ag-ip-camera-hd-720p-h-264-compression-two-way-audio-2-0mp-pantilt-p2p-remote-access-one-touch-wifi

I am using their app to access the camera, the camera is paired successfully with my home WiFi and I can access from home router with no issues.

What I need is a precise guideline on how I can access the camera remotely. My router is Huawei B593s-22, and here are some screen shots from the router page for your info.

I also have a xxxxxx.ddns.net free hostname from noip.com.

Here is a screen shot the camera DDNS settings from computer.

Here is a screen shot the camera DDNS settings from iPhone application.

Here are some information regarding How to use DDNS or external IP to connect DVRNVR remotely from the manufacturer website.

If you require anymore info please shout.

I need your urgent help. Thank you.

You need to set a static IP on your camera. Exact info on how to do this should be in camera manual
You need to assign the camera a listening port, this should be something above 10000, DO NOT use the default port number listed.
You need to setup a DDNS (sounds like you already did that)
You need to forward port on your router, here is a guide for your specific router. Just change the IP to that of the camera and the port number to the one you changed it to: https://portforward.com/huawei/b593/.

Now that you changed the port number to view it in a browser you will need ipaddress:portnumber (so as an example: 192.168.1.112:11011)
When trying to view the camera from outside connection you need xxxxx.ddns.net:portnumber
I thought that last link explained it all pretty precisely, port forwarding and all.
Yes, specific step to step parts on how exactly portforward things on the router are not explained since every router configuration menu is different but... past that, what is the problem?

You have not (according to screenshots) forwarded port on the router to access the IP camera from outside.
You cannot "test" this connection while connected to inside (wifi or lan) so you would have to go out of the house and use mobile phone and it's data to test it once you think it should work.
the guide also points out that you should do that only after that canyouseeme.com test works.

Can you please tell me how you made it work? I bought the same IP camera and i can't have remote access.
I've done everything that there's online.
Created a DDNS, port fowarded in the router, etc.
It only works when I'm connected to my home wi-fi.

Have you configured the camera itself for that port?
Your software (either mobile app or web browser) then needs to be at youruser.ddnsprovider.com:portnumber.
