Ryzen 1600x Temperature readings: cause for concern?

Hi!

I have a problem with CPU temperatures. I have a Ryzen 1600x and a Be Quiet! Pure Rock cooler.
On HWMonitor, I've got two different temp readings. One CPU temp according to the mobo and another one called "package". Each are 42 and 55 degrees celcius respectively, idling. The first seems a bit too hot, but the second one is really over the top for just idling.

On Coretemp, however, I dont get and average value, but the min-max is between 29 and 49 degrees.

I've reapplied the thermal paste with arctic mx-4 paste and not really much difference. Does anybody know if i should be worried, and if so what should i do?

Thanks for any help!

Solution
The 1600x has a 20c temp offset mate , hwmonitor & core temp so not allow for that at all

If you used amd overdrive or the newest ryzen master software you'd find temps showing a lot lower.

So I downloaded the Ryzen Master Software. It's giving me an average temperature of around 40 degrees celsius. The ambient temperature is around 20 degrees where I am. Is this OK?
