PC will not come on only works after I press reset buttons or on and off again

Hi Guys, my issue is i start my PC, i hear the fans and see the lights on my PC, my screen displays the ASUS logo (my MOBO) and then noting after but fan and lights are still on, i have to restart or shut off and power on to have them come on.

I have a SDD in my PC i built. It's been working fine for years.

Any suggestion ?

So far i flashed my BIOS with ASUS quick flash with a USB (freaking easy) and its working for now.
The next is to reset CMOS and the battery
