Go for the Ryzen 5 1600X not the 1600 if you're buying a separate cooler. Mobo looks good. I would recommend an evo 212 cooler but the current cooler isn't bad too. Almost the same price. Consider investing in a better PSU.

I like to have the same manufacturer for my mobo and my graphics card. Look into getting the MSI GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC or the MSI GTX 1050 2G OC or MSI GTX 1050 Ti GAMING X 4G depending on your budget. Or keep the same graphics card and look into getting the Gigabyte GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 mobo.
Over all a pretty solid budget built.

The ram should work fine, but id get faster ram if possible, 3000mhz or 3200mhz, if you cant get it in that kit, get G.Skill Trident Z instead, its basically the same stuff, the RGB kits look great, RyZen benefits from faster ram, so the faster the better, but no point really getting anything faster than 3200mhz.

Also if you dont plan on overclocking, the 1600 comes with a pretty decent RGB cooler in the box, if you do plan to overclock a little, then get the ID cooling cooler, dont bother with the 1600x, the 1600 will overclock to the 1600x speeds easily and more, so just a waste of money.

It's now common knowledge (to us Gurus anyway ;) ) that Ryzen performs best with fast memory, the faster the better, so, yes, as has been said, try to go for DDR4 3000.

The stock r5 1600 cooler isn't actually that bad, I suggest you run the system with that and see if you really need to spend extra on an aftermarket cooler, besides, the money saved will more than cover the cost of faster memory which will have a larger impact on performance.

What will you use the system for? You have paired a very strong CPU with a quite weak GPU, if it's for gaming I suggest you hold off and save a bit longer and aim for at least a GTX1060, unless you just play less demanding titles or just game casually that is.

Think about adding at least a 64Gb SSD into the mix, I know I'm spending your money freely here but even a tiny SSD like that will hold Windows and a few bits and pieces and the difference in system responsiveness is nothing short of breathtaking if you're used to HDD load/save/boot times.

The above are suggested improvements, the build will work just fine as it is.

One last point: I have suggested upgrading the build to include a GTX1060. Now is a truly terrible time to make such a purchase, cryptocurrency miners have been buying up GPUs worldwide for some time so there's a BIG shortage which has pushed prices of the stronger cards up ( and sent the prices of AMD RX480/580 through the roof). It's not effected the GTX1050 class so you should be fine if you want to stay with that choice but the GTX1060s' ARE more expensive than they should be right now.

I'm just curious because someone told me that i need to pair the Ryzen with an AMD compatible ram and Flare X 3000mhz is quite expensive here. So i need some suggestions what RAM with 3000mhz should as well. I was thinking of Geil Super Luce RGB 3000mhz http://www.geil.com.tw/products/show/id/512 but its not AMD ready as well as Gskill Trident Z RGB 3000mhz dunno if they will do the work or something.

Ryzen absolutely love faster RAM so I recommend you go for the 3200. I removed the cooler (1600 comes with one)and added the a decent non-rgb 3200 ram. This will be your new part list:

Thanks for the suggestion. I will consider getting 3000mhz or higher but the thing is i already bought all the parts EXCEPT RAM, CPU and Mobo and i would like to have a matx like Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 since my Case is a cube one. G.skills is still quite expensive its the same as the RGB 3000mhz trident z though.
