Do I need a CPU Cooler or additional fan?

I have put together this relatively modest build. 15-7500 and GTX 1050i, in a Fractal Design Define Mini C case. It comes with 2 fans, front and rear. Is it worth getting any additional cooling in the form of another fan or a CPU cooler? I'd like this to run pretty quietly, which the case has good reviews for.

Also, could someone recommend a small M.2 drive for the OS? I'll also drop in a bigger SSD and an HDD that I have on hand.

GTX1060 6GB is a good improvement over GTX1050Ti. If you already have a SSD there is no need of smaller one for OS.

My gaming needs are fairly modest, which is why I went with the 1050Ti. I don't really play the latest and greatest games. More like Civ VI and old Assassin's Creed games. If I change my habits, I'll buy a 1080 :)

That PSU is quite a bit cheaper, so I'll swap it.

I want the smaller SSD because NCIX is going to build it for me and I want it delivered as a complete working product...
