Ive been thinking my problem might be that im having memory leaks because my computer runs fine, all my games I play run perfectly after I restart my comp but after like a day / 2 days of leaving it on the functionality is really bad. I get extremely low fps in games with stuttering. My computer just runs slow in general. Chrome / application takes a long to load up. Any help would be great as to im just bamboozled on this and Im finding like no help elsewhere on the internet. Like I said before I suspected a memory leak ( Ive had my ram for about 2yrs ) or I just need to reinstall windows ( A friend told me )

Solution
Use windows resourse monitor (avail win10, 8, 7) to find the memory leak. http://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-use-windows-10s-resource-monitor-to-track-memory-usage/

If windows 10 make sure you have windows properly registered first to ease install, then do a clean install. This will fix all sorts of software problems.

A tool like HWMONITOR (google it, download from CPUID) will give you temps so you can rule out overheating/throttling.
