Corsair h100 v2 is decent at around 110 dollars, that would take it closer to 1200 total though, Nzxt Kracken get good reviews though I have not used one, I have the H115i in mine till I do a custom loop :D

can I change the cooler to h110i I will wait until the gpu prices get down (what Is the normal 1060 price??)

are u sure ? I think the h100 v2 doesn't come with ryzen bracket but the h110i come with intel and amd brackets

Should be in the 230 area for the card if the H100i is cheaper then get it those chips don't overclock well anyhow.
You might get 4.2 out of it no matter what cooler you get if your lucky.
