Should I buy more parts for my PC or buy an Xbox One S?

the parts you want to change, are to play games?
if that is the case, go to a xbox would be in my humble opinion, a very stupid idea, xbox is a mess, perhaps the new scorpio thing will be decent, otherwise, i would make a new gaming pc, sell the old one and later buy a ps4 because the last of uss 2 is coming and xbox is a mess

that would be my approach, atm nothing interesting will come from xbox platform apart from the new xbox itself
a ps4 is more interesting and a pc is necessary, one doesn't negate the other, both platforms pc and ps4 doesn't offer the same experience so both are useful and fun to use
