Should I go with 580 or just ignore the freesync and go with 1070?
You guys can tell me your recommandatios too.

just get 1070? at 1080p it is very likely you can get more than 60FPS in majority of games with 1070. freesync most benefit coming from when you can't maintain high frame rate.
