Experiencing FPS drops

OK so I am experiencing of FPS drops And not sure what it is my temperatures are all very good so I'm kind of confused of why I'm getting random drops on games I'm getting normally around a 100 FPS if anyone has had any problems with FPS drops please let me know what you did to try to fix it thank you .

Specs:CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: 4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 380 Series (C.P. Technology)
Motherboard: GA-970-Gaming SLI-CF
Ram: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (11-11-11-28)
Storage: 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (SATA)
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

what games are u running that have this fps drops?

I Am trying to run h1z1 king of the kill and i get like normal like 90 fps then it goes all the way to 20 at times theanks for the response! Also this happens with other games also i dont get it because i am running them fine then all of a sudden a huge drop in fps.

My cpu idle is :31°c and my gpu on idle is 43°c
Under load my cpu is 44°c and my gpu is around 60°c

yes just yesterday it was a big update took like 30 mins could that be why?

i see.use DDU and wipe your driver.then install it again and see if anything change.

ok so i did this and went on h1z1 and i get drops still but not as often i am not sure why i am getting these still.
