Wow , thank you for the references! I mean I'm making this for a friend and I might sell it to him @ 1200 , would that be a fair price for this build

Here is your complete build. I threw in a gtx 1060. It gives a significant performance boost from 1050 Ti. The final cost comes to 1100$. If you are seeking profit, charge 1300-1500$. Or you can go for the ryzen 1600 with a 1050 Ti and save him a few bucks or go up and add a GTX 1080. You're looking at 200-300$+ if you add a GTX 1080. I personally wouldn't recommend it . The following parts will give you the ultimate (budget considerable) 4k editing machine. Please note the Ryzen 1700 comes with a pretty decent rbg stock cooler. I couldn't find the Wireless adapter here...

I would recommend you get faster RAM, 3200 being perfect. This is because Ryzens love utilizing faster RAMs. I usually run out of 1 Tb pretty quick so consider a larger HDD for editing videos. Why not get the MSI B350 mobo? Way better quality than ASRock.

Here's the possibly upgrades:
PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pqGLTH
Price breakdown by merchant: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pqGLTH/by_merchant/

Motherboard: MSI - B350M GAMING PRO Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($78.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200Memory ($136.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Toshiba - 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($78.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $284.97

DDR4-3000 for 126.99$

Other than that a better graphics card but going above the 1050 Ti will break your bank due to high current prices.
