Swapped out GT 610 for a 710 in my step dads pc. Now not booting

I recently got a GTX 1050 ti, and took out my old crappy GT 710 of my build. And my step dad asked if it would be any better than the 610 that we had in his computer. And I said that it may help a little. So we swapped them out, now no display. And get 1 long beep followed by one short beep. Then short beeps almost every minute afterwards. We've swapped cards again but can't seem to get the computer to boot. All fans turn on and everything.

Try removing CMOS battery for a few minutes. Any cables bumped by accident, or RAM?

At first we thought it was Ram. Took every stick out and tried them 1 by 1. Still got the same beeps. Just took the CMOS battery out, and even replaced it. (He works for Sears, has extra in his van). Still same shit.

What motherboard is being used? Have you tried to decode the beeps?

Not sure of the Mobo. It's a cheap Emachine my step dad got from someone.(I know it's terrible). And I've searched up the beeps and stuff but everything says something different. RAM, Processor, Power Supply.

OK. It is odd that it still doesn't boot with the old 610 re-installed. At this point, I'd remove and re-install everything.
