Best GPU for 200 bucks?

Solution
I say get a GTX 1060 or 1050 ti. The 1050 ti is about $70 less than $200 but the 1060 is about $70 more, so if you want a good improvement get a 1060. A 1050 ti will definitely make a noticeable difference but it won't be like "wow these games look 10 times better now!"

agreed with Ruben_Samich.
For your budget it's a toss up between the 1050ti and the 1060. if you can't afford more than $200 after taxes, shipping etc. then go with the 1050ti. you won't be like "wow! these games are running at max settings over 60fps!" but you will be getting good medium to high settings mix with 1080p at about 60fps depending on the game. if you want that newer gaming experience though with the higher settings at 1080p with solid fps and can afford another $100 for a total budget of $300 then go with the 1060. make sure you have a 600w PSU at least for stock use and light overclock.

the cheapest 1050ti goes for about $140 and by comparison the 750ti I would say you could sell for about $70-$100 on craigslist or something. You have to keep in mind the price and what you can get for that money now and how your product holds up to it and the fact that it's older and used and price it accordingly.

--EDIT--
the cheapest 750ti I found through PCPP is $99. so you would have to sell yours a little cheaper to get someone to want to buy it. I'd just say as a safe bet that you could sell it for about $70. That'll get you about half of what you spend on the cheapest 1050ti and a third of what you would spend on a 1060. not that bad of RoI in my opinion
