One computer directly connected to our router currently gets internet. however another computer that is also directly connected is not receiving internet. The router sends out wifi but their is no actual connection to go with it. have tried resetting all devices in all different orders. not sure what to try next.

Spectrum ISP
D-Link Router

EDIT: Forgot to mention the later mentioned computer was in a setup where it was wired to a router which was then wired to the previously mentioned main router.

First Power cycled then tried the actual reset button on both the modem and router.

That is the issue now, i am trying to access the routers web settings but cant seem to connect. I've tried both the default address on the router and the ipv4 in ipconfig. It seems after resetting the router none of the addresses changed, did I fail to reset it?

It is a WBR - 1310. I tried the 30 reset, and nothing seems to be working to reset it.

OK, that is a really OLD and slow router. It is only wireless "G" standard. That is really slow if you use wireless. If this router is acting up, use this as a "sign from god" to upgrade to a 21st century model ...

I looked at the user manual and the reset button seems pretty obvious. Here is the user manual -- ftp://ftp2.dlink.com/PRODUCTS/WBR-1310/REVA/WBR-1310_REVA_MANUAL_1.10_EN.PDF and the reset procedure is on PDF page 55
