I play rocket league and I average 200-250 fps and it fluctuates which is fine. But every minute or so there is a hiccup or stutter it seems like. Then after a while after playing my computer starts doing it more often. I play on 60hz so theres no way i should feel these. I can't use v-sync because there is to much input lag. Had this pc for 2 weeks everythings clean. Please help me fix.
Things i've tried:
Reinstalling Drivers
Updating drivers (all up to date)
Cleaning up programs i dont use.
Checking hdd for errors.
Capping FPS (Tried multiple same issue)
My GPU temps stay around 55c - 65c
My CPU temps stay around 40c - 50c

Ryzen 5 1600
8GB DDR4 2133
1TB 7200
ASRock AB350M-HDV
Windows 10 64bit
