Made sure everything is plugged in properly
So I just bought this card and when I boot with it the fan starts on the card so some power is getting to it... The computer boots fine I can hear windows noise in my headphones. It beeps once then the fan ends up shutting down on the card (that could be normal maybe the temp is set at a certain amount).
I also tried everything in the bios set PIE primary disable the onboard just wont display or show up in my device manager!
