For no reason I have been able to identify, my EVGA GTX 1070 FTW has produced uncharacteristically subpar performance, and has produced a drastically below-average Heaven benchmark score. I am willing to try pretty much anything to fix it at this point. I also got very, very low FPS in the 3DMark Time Spy benchmark, as my graphics score was only 4,263. Thanks. http://imgur.com/88PXuYc

what is the heaven score compared to? want me to run it at your setting and see what I get?

but gimme a few mins and i'll run heaven at your settings
while im at it, go ahead and run superposition at default settings.

Ok so that heaven score is indeed low i accidently closed before noting the exact score.
first thing I would try if your superposition score is way off from that (keep in mind my card is overclocked along with my CPU - not sure if cpu has much weight on the final score) is to grab DDU to remove the driver and reinstall it. When I do it I only install the driver and physX. GeForce Experience has caused nothing but problems for me and I don't use shadowplay so it is pretty much useless for me.
Just ran it at stock graphics clocks and got 13195

I decided to mark this post as solved because I have moved my 'investigation' over to official EVGA support. They're in the process of troubleshooting with me, and I'm feeling closer to a solution. If not a replacement by RMA is a definite possibility.
