Stuttering in SOME games. Please Help.

Okay guys, I've been having this issue for a long time and have tried so many different things to fix it, which didn't work, and it's beginning to get on my nerves. Forum post after forum post and still I have this issue. I honestly don't have hope for this thread, but I'm making it anyway. Long story short, I got a new PC on April 29th 2017 with good specs (about 3-ish months ago), and I get stuttering issues in SOME games (specs will be listed at the end). I'm NOT SURE why, but I do know that it is very annoying. Some games stutter worse than others, and as I mentioned previously, some don't stutter at all. For example, DOOM doesn't stutter at all. Flawless performance. On the other side, Far Cry 3 stutters TERRIBLY. Sometimes the stutter is a whole freeze in and of itself. (when I say FREEZE, I don't mean the game stops responding like windows programs do. I can still hear the audio, but the video just freezes.) Also, I don't know if this means anything, but sometimes when I stutter my fps counter shows my fps drop for a quick second. Anyway, I don't want this thread to be too long, so I'll end it here. I honestly don't even know why I'm typing this. I feel like no one is going to respond, and if they do I feel like this thread will end up like my other threads; left answerless and abandoned. I hope someone can help me AT LEAST figure out what my issue is. Here are my pc specs:
CPU: i5-7600k

MOTHERBOARD: ASRock B250M-HDV
MEMORY: G.Skill Aegis 8gb (1x8gb) DDR4 2400
STORAGE: Western DIgital Caviar Blue 1 TB 7200RPM Hard Drive (wd10ezex)
Graphics Card: Zotac Geforce GTX 1060 AMP! 6gb
PSU: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified
CASE: DIYPC F2 O
