No that's DDR4 RAM. It won't even physically fit. You need DDR3 RAM for that Haswell motherboard.

Yes, that's the correct DDR3. It could work at 1866MHz speeds (though not tested by manufacturer in their QVL list).

For the cooler, check your case size/clearance if a Cryorig H7 (145mm) or Cryorig H5 Universal (160mm) will fit.

Yeah, the DIYPC D480-W website states "Support up to 161mm CPU cooler" (http://www.mydiypcusa.com/products/d480-w.html). You can fit either the Cryorig H7 or the Cryorig H5 Universal (depending which your budget fits). With your white case, those CPU coolers would blend nicely too
