I'm needing to update the BIOS on my Asrock Pro4 AB350 mobo, since Ryzen performance and memory speeds has been improved with BIOS updates. I've tried to look everywhere and nothing is helping. I've downloaded the BIOS file and put it on a FAT32 usb stick, except in the BIOS menu I don't get an option of Internet Flash nor Instant Flash. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world, but Asrocks page on how to update BIOS said to create a bootable usb stick, I tried to make it option 1 to boot into thorugh BIOS and it just ended up restarting multiple time and then finally into Windows again. I downloaded the DOS file which seems to be just a .exe file but windows says this app cannot run on my PC. I also put the DOS onto a bootable USB and again it repeated restarted until it booted into Windows. Can anybody give me a step by step on how to sort this out. The only things I find use the Instant Flash utility (which I do not have the ability to do apparently). All help appreciated.
