Consider this build, much better value at the budget end. Ryzen processors are good for 60 Hz gaming, I'd say you consider this instead if you can.

You seem to have selected the ryzen build as best answer.
Normally, I would not second guess that.

But, a balanced gamer should spend 2x the cpu budget on the graphics card.
Something like G4560 and a GTX1060.
