I have Windows 10 and my System Clock has been displaying the incorrect times consistently. I have tried:
-Restarting Windows Time/ Setting it to Automatic
-Turnining On/Off Set Time Automatically
-Changing what Internet Time address my computer is synchronized to, both time.nist.gov and time.windows.com
I have also tried scanning my computer through command prompt.
