I have posted another build earlier but the GTX1060 is suffering from the cryptocurrency effect. Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance for helping me out. Just read the PARTS and the text at the bottom of this article with the header "Extra note:"

I have been into computers very long and I have always wanted to build one but did not have the money to do so (I am a student). Now my poor Sony VIAO laptop (4.5 y/o) broke (with a i7-3537u and GT740M). I do not have any console or something else to game on and I am using the family computer (aka moms working station) to do the basic things. I cannot install any games on this.
I hope all parts I want to put together are compatible (see below)

So maybe you have some suggestions with parts where I can save money.
I first wanted to go with an GTX1060/1070 but considering the cryptocurrency effect, I do not want to buy those GPU considering value for money.

Parts:

CPU:AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Boxed €247.00
CPUCOOLER: Scythe Mugen 5 PCGH Edition €54.90
MOBO: ASUS Prime X370-Pro €153.00
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB DDR4-3000 CL15 kit €130.95
PSU: Corsair CS550M €73.95
SSD: Crucial MX300 275GB (M.2) €102.90
GPU: Gigabyte (GV-N1080TTOC-8GD) GeForce GTX 1080 Turbo OC 8GB €526.50
CASE: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Window €101.96
SSHD: Seagate FireCuda SSHD 1TB €74.95

= €1466.11

or THIS exact same build but with the CPU+MOBO bundle instead of the CPU and MOBO seperate (CPU+MOBO as a bundle, it is cheaper)

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07146LS4G/ref=twister_B071XXTTZ1?_encoding=UTF8&th=1
(1600X + MSI B350 GAMING PLUS) and then I will be using the CPUCOOLER as in the first build. €285.06
= €1351.57 with custom CPUCOOLING because the 1600X does not come with a factory CPUCOOLER.

HOWEVER: On PCPARTPICKER.COM, with the ASRock AB350 Pro 4 as MOBO which also has the B350 chipset, there was a compatibility issue: "The motherboard M.2 slot #2 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled."
This compatibility issue did not pop-up with when I selected the MSI B350 GAMING PLUS

or THIS:
https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Processor-Wraith-Cooler-YD1700BBAEBOX/dp/B06WVL3XFW/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1499534404&sr=1-2&refinements=p_89%3AAMD&th=1
(AMD Ryzen 7 1700 + ASUS PRIME X370-PRO) €383.04
but I can cut on the CPU cooler and use the bundled one instead. The factory Wraith coolers from AMD are not that bad, right? *note: RYZEN 7 has another CPUCOOLER than the Ryzen 5
= €1394.25 without custom CPUCOOLING
= €1449.15 with custom CPUCOOLING

or THIS:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07146LS4H/ref=twister_B072FBN83F?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
(AMD Ryzen 5 1600 + MSI B350 GAMING PLUS) €267.50 and I might can cut again on the cpucooler (- €54.90)
= €1278.71 without custom CPUCOOLING
= €1333.61 with custom CPUCOOLING

Budget Range: incl. monitor max. around €1550, but with the X370 package... I do not know. I just want to know if the B350 will not bottleneck my GTX1080 or something like that (actually I wanted to stay below 1000/1100 euros with a GTX1060 in my pc but the GPU market is messed up)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Do you need to buy OS: Yes, but this will not be a problem, I hope
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I live in the Netherlands, the Dutch webshops are connected to a site called hardware.info (or nl.hardware.info)
Location: Netherlands. Small country, so shipping, etc. is all the same here.
Parts Preferences: Only for the GPU: NVIDIA due to its GPU boost and because AMD cards are not worth the price due to the cryptomining
Overclocking: Maybe for later when I will have more money to spend on CPU/case cooling.
SLI or Crossfire: No, 1x GTX1080 will do the job for the coming 5+ years (if it doesn't break)
Your Monitor Resolution: looking for gaming on 1920x1080 or cheap 1440p monitors

Extra note: I do want to have the advantage of my GTX1080 so I want to have a good monitor which is also quite cheap. G-Sync? 144hz? 1440p? I do not know... as I know so far, I do not want to have G-sync due to the high prices of those monitors while you also can limit the frames, if needed

I wanted to post this because I just want to know if the B350 can handle the GTX1080, because the CPU in the Amazon bundle's will do this job just fine. The B350 is packed with it as a bundle and I am quite on a budget and I do want to save where I can but without bottlenecking or spoiling and wasting usable performance. If the B350 will do the job, then I will be aiming at the Amazon bundles with the Ryzen 5 1600 or maybe the 1600X
I was doubting with the B350 because with the ASRock B350, it gave me a compatibility issue while the MSI B350 GAMING PLUS did not say that

Solution
B350 boards will work with 1080 without problem. The compatibility issue is not really issue at all - it disables ONE SATA port, which means you still have 5 usable.
Btw, check if you can swap PSU to CXM model (grey label), its of better quality then CSM.

What does that do? The differance between CXM AND CSM?

Is there a way that you will know which SATA port is then unusable? What do you think of the rest of my setup? Monitor? Which configuration?

Motherboard manual will tell you which SATA port exactly will be disabled.
The setup I like most is the one with 1600. Stock cooler is enough for some OC right from start. Good parts there (aside from PSU), solid and balanced. Since you get gtx 1080, I think you could even think about 1440p AND 144 hz monitor. But no advice on model from me, not my specialty.

Okay thanks for your advice. Good to have some feedback :)
Also no problem that you cannot give advice on the monitor model (if that is what you meant)
