Fans getting really loud

So I've had the same build for my PC for a few years outside a new GPU I got last year (Power color Red Devil RX 470) and the last few months it's become increasingly noisy. And I've started to wonder if there is something wrong with one of the fans where it would just get loud. (It's only loud under load, when not under load it's alright) How exactly can you tell which fan is the culprit? My CPU is an old AMD A10-5800k and I kinda believe it's the issue but not entirely sure.

Open up your PC and when the noise starts, put your ear to it to identify the noisy fan. Afterwards, replace the aging fan out.
