I got a i7 7700k running on stock 4,2 MHz with a Corsair Hydro H100i v2 running a pull config in the top mount. I got 2 140mm intake fans. My case is a NZXT H440. My fans are running at max speed 1500 RPM, using Noctua NF-F12 120mm fans. Also got a 140mm exhaust in the back of the case.
Now to my issue. I stream alot, using a single rig setup. With streaming I get high temps. My idles are around 35-45 degrees, gaming without stream 55-65 and streaming up around 80. I was expecting more out of my AIO since I basically had the same temps with my Hyper 212 Evo. Is there something I need to tweek in settings to lower my temps or are the i7 7700k just a really hot CPU? I am not going do delid because I am not an experienced builder.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I see these weird spikes in temperatures when looking at HWMonitor for example. It can go from 39-65 then down to 39 within a second when im just idling. What could be the issue of that?
