Clean install of Windows necessary after new motherboard?

So I've read a lot of different stuff about this. I'm running the latest version of Windows (Windows 10 with creators update) though originally I updated from my Windows 8 disc copy which was the "Microsoft Windows 8 64-bit (Full Version) - OEM" so my first question would be, if I upgraded my mobo, processor, and RAM from my A10-5800K to a Ryzen processor would a clean install be necessary? If a clean install is necessary how do I go about making sure I don't screw anything up?

Thanks!

Licensing and Operation. 2 different things.

For the licensing, read and do this before any parts change:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/windows-10-reactivating-after-hardware-change
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3164428/windows-build-1607-activation.html

For the operation...will it boot up and work? Maybe, maybe not.
Going from a A10 system to a Ryzen system...it may simply fail to boot up.
And a clean install is recommended anyway.
Prepare for this.
