why are my lights going out?

I have a LOGISYS 12" 18 uv led bar from local fry's electronics. The led bar worked for a while and at some point the middle 6 lights went out, so i figured "cheap S#*&^" just go buy another one. However, strangely enough, the second one i bought ended up having the same six leds go out after a short period of time. I have a 500W Lepa power supply. My question is has anyone ran into the problem and fixed it or is the just the product just plain garbage?

With only 10 bucks a piece, i'd say the product itself is low quality.
