Is the ASRock 990FX Fatal1ty Killer Good For A 8350

My old motherboard was a GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3 and unfortunately got fried while installing my FX8350 in it so i need a new one now. Is the ASRock one good i dont plan on overclocking the cpu i think 4GHz is pretty good out of the box and i was hoping you guys could help i was planning on getting a ASUS M5A99FX mobo but i dont know why its like 200$ more than the ASRock one but i want your opinions. And i also see theres an M.2 SSD Slot on there im gonna buy an ssd for it if it works good ive heard the NB Temps get high

I got exacly this motherboard and it's working very good. Overcloced 4000@4600 and it's "almost" stable, but without incracing voltage. 4400 is stable.

Motherboard is very good, stable and a lot of features. ASRock very good company as well.
