Im looking to build a Gaming PC with a MSI gaming intel skylake H110 LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard and a Intel Pentium 3.50 GHz Dual-Core LGA 1151 Processor CPU with a GTX 1050 ti sc Graphics card will all these parts work together if not is there any other budget options available. Thank you.

The best option is a Pentium G4560 + B250 motherboard + GTX 1050ti, looking at your situation.
The problem before hand was the CPU being a Kabylake family processor paired with a h110 motherboard. H110/b150/h170/z170 motherboard were manufactured a lot before the manufacturers implemented a kaby lake supportive BIOS version. If you had bought a motherboard without a supportive Kabylake BIOS (likely), it would be incompatible. The only way to update it is with using an already existing Skylake CPU.

There should be a bios update to run the G4560, but you have to have a skylake cpu to update the bios. Or get a shop to update the bios, then you can install and boot the g4560.
The fee to update the bios and the H110 motherboard its self may add up to the price of a B250 motherboard that will work with the G4560 out of the box.
