I want to build a pc, for gaming that can run battlefield 4, watchdogs, gta5, etc. on at least mid settings. The budget is excluded for monitor, keybard, mouse and speakers.

Solution

after hearing what other expert says, i suggest u find this parts prices in india first, after u confirm that the average price is not too far from what i calculated / not, u can decide whether to upgrade to an i5 or not (the most budget i5 is the 7400)

Edit: found this on the internet, maybe u can get this as an alternative: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKI9WxmVxFk

Sorry to say but that build is way out of his budget. Some components are not even available here and if they are they are overpriced.

Intel i5-7400 is INR14-15K which is 40% of price. B250 Board is around 8K. 8GB DDR4 is 4K. 1TB HDD is nearly 4K. 5K budget is left for rest of the components. Out of which even if you go for cheap PSU it will be 2K. Case for 1K and GPU for 2K. Not gonna happen.

One advice I can give is to get build without GPU for now for around 35K which will give you i5 build for bit extra budget. i5-7400 or i5-7500 comes with Intel HD630 graphics which is good and able to run majority of less graphic intense games like WOW or Overwatch etc. It can handle many of older games even graphic intensive ones with ease. Able to play games like Arkham City at high settings with smooth 30+fps.

okay I'll increase my budget to 45k. Please suggest a good configuration (not for monitors, keyboards, etc)

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YbJ9d6 something like this? it's about 500$ in US but since u're in India it might cost more, (if u want to change to K-CPU later on, get a z270 mobo instead)

considering how i3 7100 perform against g4560 (in terms of price/performance), i rather go with the g4560 + GTX 1060 6 gb instead
but u right, im just offering the 1050ti as a placeholder since the GPU beyond it are overpriced

Get this and then when prices come down get GTX1060. Even better if Vega is able to provide a better performing GPU for similar price get it.

Yes G4560 is a good one.

G4560 or the i3?
And can i get the links for the parts? amazon.in preferred. Thanks

tried to look from them, unfortunately can only find the i3 7100 (the g4560 goes higher than this CPU's price, the hell?!??!) http://www.amazon.in/Intel-Core-i3-7100-1151-Processor/dp/B01NCESRJX/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1500362015&sr=1-2&keywords=g4560

If you can spend INR2,200 over it then you can go for i3-7100. Get it from MD Computers it will only cost you 9,200.
