hello so i recently got a new laptop and i was trying to connect my mums wd passport ultra (with family photos on it) to it, but when i connected it i heard the connected noise however the drive did not show up under this pc. So, i went to devices and printers under control pannel and the hard drive was there with a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside it so i left clicked and went to update drivers and it said windows has found drivers but there was an error installing them. I have gone to WD's website and installed the correct software and this made no difference. any ideas?
