I heard from a lot of people that 6/11 sensitivity setting in widows is the best and i tried it but it is too damn slow for browsing and everyday task as i am used to 11/11. Is something bad with 11/11?

simply put it an upside down mouse.
This is my preferred mousing device for the last 18 years.

thumb and pinky are buttons the other three fingers are the mousepad. nothing above my wrist moves and my hand is resting on the device.
I started computing as a CAD drafter in high school using one of these.

see the serial port, old school. the ball was the same size as a pool ball and that is how we claimed the computers, if the 7 ball was in the trackball it means I am using this workstation.

Any setting but the middle one in control panel results in some undesirable modification to the positional data coming from the mouse.

Setting less than the middle sensitivity results in simply discarding some of the packets.

Setting more than the middle results in Windows trying to interpolate data that isn't there which may not provide predictable results. It's exactly like trying to get more detail out of a low resolution image, or more frames-per-second by simulating them (which is what causes telecine judder).

With today's high resolution monitors you can understand that higher DPI mice will be needed to make the movement feel the same as your low DPI mouse with low res screen. The solution is not to amplify the effective DPI in software but to buy a higher DPI mouse. You can even get one with adjustable DPI so at least any adjustments are done in the mouse rather than poorly afterwards by Windows.

I have a 800dpi mouse and turning off windows mouse acceleration too with 6/11 is very difficult to use especially in rts games. I don't understand why folks recommend it and like it.

I've been using the same 1600dpi mouse for 12 years now, and prefer the 800dpi setting for 1440p or 2560x1600, or the 400dpi setting for 768p. I only like the full 1600dpi at 4k, but it's a personal preference thing.

If you want higher than 800dpi in a mouse there are hundreds to choose from.

400dpi for 768p? How the heck are you gonna use it for web browsing? It is too damn slow for that.
