So i recently built a new PC, 8gb 3000MHz ram, ryzen 1400 cpu, rx 480 and 750 watt PSU, and MSI b350 gaming carbon pro MB, I was having issues with the sata cables on getting windows too load, but figured it out, so the first issue was that sometimes the PC only boots when my keyboard isnt plugged in? sometimes it boots, sometimes nothing happens. 2nd issue, For a bit of a while of usage of the PC, it freezes, turns black, loses signal from monitor, and then comes back as if nothing happened, and what happens to any game is that it turns into just a white screen and i have to kill it with task manager. It happens whenbrowsing sometimes as well. I've tried rolling back my gpu drivers, re installking them, it has been happening since i have had no drivers. I have no idea what the issue, Please help, I want to game :(
thank you!!

Update: I unplugged the ram and GPU And put them back in, What happened was that my games ran at lower framerates and when i ran csgo, It crashed and the issue happened again :/

Solution
The white screen of death (WSoD) you are experiencing refers to an error or issue with an operating system that causes the computer or device to stop working (in your case probably the HDD) and display only a white screen. To me it sounds like you need a fresh install of windows. Then install the latest drivers from your manufacturers website.

I recommend when doing the fresh install, you delete the data on both the drives, so backing up important files on an external drive will be a smart move. Before you format your PC, make sure *both* the HDD are spinning when you face the WSoD. Or unplug the second drive and use one for now with the new sata cable attached. If the problem is fixed, get a new sata cable for the second drive...

Did you use old sata cables or new ones that came with your mobo?

I have heard of hard drives being damaged due to new PSUs. But they completely die off and that's not the same in your case so we can overlook that.

Keep us posted.

So there was a new issue where i would play a game, and it said the graphics hardware wouldn't allow it but then I fixed it. Now my current issue is that I have an RX 480, and when i was playing csgo to just run it, during gameplay i would have 20-30 FPS. I also have a ryzen 5 1400. And what happens is that it freezes, loses signal, and comes back but the game is unplayable. I have had this card since January and havent had an issue with it until now in my new setup None of my hardware is overclocked.
