I've a gigabyte superb e570 (almost 5 years old). Recently i bought gtx 1060. I'm not sure whether the psu I'm using is enough and reliable for the system.
my pc config is-
i7 2600
ram 8gb
two 1TB HDD
several cooler master 120mm casing fan

Solution
Technically should it be fine looking at wattage (it's really a 460watt psu),but at the same time not very high quality and with 5 years old is that reliabilty you ask about in question.I really would want to replace that if i were you,but i'm not.

Do you have money for another psu? If so what max. budget.

yeah...but i would like to spend on new psu only if it is needed. if my old psu is enough (risk of damaging motherboard or other components is low), i wud stick with it. I can spend around 50-70 dollar on new psu

Nobody can guarantee that. With 5 years old a possibility although i think it won't happen that fast. The only way to check is to try.
For psu's,

these are examples of series,a higher wattage psu wil do fine as well, but for the parts you have should these wattages do fine.
