xbox one s fan noise

hey there guys. ive been watching youtube videos of the xbox one s and quite a few people have said that there were weird fan noises coming from theirs and they had to return them. for any of you guys who have one, is it common? i just want to know before i make the leap to buy one or the ps4 slim.

When I had the XBONE S i had that issue. I heard the fans ramp up to stupid amounts of RPM. I ended up having to put the Xbox under the table to not hear it as much.

hi yeah on the videos it was like a rattling. oh well, if it happens amazon is brilliant at sending replacements out instantly so i should be fine.

also sounds to me like yours is faulty. they are usually nice and quiet. how long have you had it for and where did you buy it from?
