i sent my motherboard for fixing and after i got it back 2 days ago, i finally set it up again and now there is a message at the bottom right hand side of the screen that states ''this copy of windows is not genuine, build 7601''
However, i've been using this windows for 2.5years already and it is genuine since i bought it from a windows store here in singapore.
This message would sometimes disappear when i click on it and nothing happens, whereas sometimes it stays there.
Any idea what is going on? i still have the original disc that i installed the windows with

The problem you have is that the motherboard changed when in repair.
Windows sees this as different motherboard than originally and windows activation is tied to the motherboard serial/checksum/whatever.

Thus, you will just need to activate windows again, if re-entering code doesn't work, you would need to contact microsoft about the issue.
