I've got a ryzen system: crosshair vi hero, R7 1700, 32GB g.skill flareX. The system was only using 16GB of the 32GB RAM (4 sticks) @ 3200 MHz after attempting to underclock it to 1800MHz to get it to recognize all 32GB also turned the voltage to 1.45V instead of 1.35 the system won't post at all I've tried safe-boot button and reset/retry without success. all I get is a Q-code 90. I've tried taking the CMOS battery out and removing 2 sticks of ram but still no but. any ideas as to why I'm not able to post?
